Are you a developer, contractor, engineer, property owner, or someone interested in subdivision and land development in Alamogordo?

The City of Alamogordo is currently undertaking a comprehensive rewrite of its Subdivision Ordinance, and we want to hear from you.

This updated ordinance will help guide future growth and development in our community. The current draft reflects input from the City Commission, key stakeholders, professional consultants, and City staff. We are now requesting broader community and industry feedback before moving forward.
