Dates: October 18 through November 1, 2025
Days and Times: Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm
Absentee ballots may be marked in person at the County Clerk's Sub-Office at the Otero County Administration Building (1101 N New York Avenue) from October 7 through October 31, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 8 am to 5 pm.
